WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
About XYZ University
When and why was the company founded?
Sarah Sladek launched XYZ University in 2002. She came up with the idea after working for several organizations early in her career struggling to remain relevant and engage younger generations.
What does the XYZ University name mean?
XYZ University quite literally refers to generational training. XYZ = Generations X, Y, and Z. University = a destination for learning. This is because the company originally launched in 2002 as a generational research firm.
However, this expertise expanded in 2007. Since that time we’ve actively researched demographics and youth culture in addition to social change, organizational cultures, engagement behaviors, and change management strategies. We adopted this comprehensive approach for two reasons:
-
To identify what inspires membership and employee engagement and the feeling of belonging.
-
To identify the strategies proven to successfully re-position organizations to achieve higher levels of engagement.
As a result, XYZ University promises to deliver ‘Next Gen Intelligence’, equipping organizations with the strategic guidance they need to engage people, create cultures of belonging, and position their organizations for both immediate and long-term growth.
What’s the company’s mission statement?
Create communities and companies where people of all ages feel like they belong.
What services does the company provide?
XYZ University delivers the Next Gen Intelligence organizations need to reverse disengagement and decline and get to a place of relevance and growth. We do this via keynote presentations, workshops, board retreats, research, strategy development, events, and online courses. Our founder is a sought-after keynote speaker, the author of several books and research papers, a podcaster, and web show host.
What are XYZ University’s values?
