Rockstars @ Work

Great Talent Rocks! And so does this conference.

Coming soon!

The RockStars@Work Conference launched in Minneapolis in 2009 as the nation’s first business conference to address demographic shifts in the workforce and focus on bridging talent and leadership gaps.

The purpose of the Conference is to help companies and organizations prepare for the largest turnover in human capital in history and advance America’s ability to compete in a global marketplace.

The conference was named after Sarah Sladek’s book, Rock Stars Incorporated: Hiring the High Performance, High Maintenance Hotshots Half Your Age (2008).

Representatives from many of the nation’s most notable companies attended the conference and plans are currently underway to launch another conference.
